The TLC Dental in Hollywood on 1718 Sheridan Street is outstanding. The staff is caring and compassionate. All personnel go above and beyond. The process is explained for each procedure being done. The staff made sure that each process was precise. I have referred many people to their location because their quality is fantastic and personalized.
Love my hygienist Patricia, BUT communication with office staff is not so good. I was under the impression that I was coming in for a regular cleaning, but I was charged for periodontal maintenance and antibiotic treatment and wasn’t told that these weren’t covered by my insurance ahead of the appointment. I am NOT happy with this.
Dr Foote and his hygienist were amazing!!! I was nervous walking in because I did not know exactly what the procedure entailed. After a nice chat with Dr. Foote I felt completely at ease. I could not of asked for two better people for this procedure.
Worst dentist I've ever been to. Feel like I'm walking into a used car lot. Not transparent about pricing whatsoever. Multiple extra fees for both appointments I had for cleaning and fillings. The receptionist was extremely rude both visits, not friendly at all. I asked specifically for an estimate on procedure ib future as well as clarifying what the total would be. The Dr seemed annoyed that I would ask for clarification on the procedure. The hygienist was the only friendly person in that building. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be going back. Stay away
Patricia cleaned my teeth today & she did a wonderful job. She took her time. Liz waited on me at the counter & she was very kind & polite.My visit here was very pleasant.
