My first visit there, from opening the door and that clean odor hits me I was smiling. Everyone mannerism was excellent. The front desk workers young but very proactive, very helpful, customer service 100%. My Dentist greeted me with such warmth, happy I followed him to his new office. That made me feel wanted. I got a goodies bag and mistakenly left it. I called Thursday 11/27/2024 and I was surprised the happy voice that answered saying, when you come next week you'll get another bag. I felt at home. The bathroom very clean. I love the space. I started referring people to this place, JJ Dental. My rating for this overall Doctor, staffs, ambiance, the lady who cleaned my teeth. She engaged me into whatever she was doing.
As someone that has had a significant fear of the dentist, the idea of addressing overdue dental maintenance and cosmetic issues was overwhelming. Since January I had 5 consultations, and didn’t leave a single one with the confidence to proceed with the work. In June I decided to expand my search and reached out to JJ Dental that was not in my local area, but had some nice reviews online. I sent an email request, that was responded to immediately. Unlike several of the other providers I had reached out to, an appointment was scheduled without a request to pay for the consultation. The work I needed was extensive and I anticipated expensive, so the idea several other providers wanted to charge me for the consultation was bothersome. The JJ Dental office is modern, immaculate and very inviting. The staff welcoming, timely and sensitive to patients. A technician came in did some prep and took some X-rays- followed by a consultation with Dr.Cook. Although I was filled with anxiety, Dr Cook quickly put me at ease, and provided me with a comprehensive plan to approach the much needed dental work. He provided timelines, set expectations and explained the options thoroughly. Something about the methodical process and interaction with support staff and the knowledge and expertise conveyed by Dr. Cook instilled confidence that I decided to go forward with the process. Between end of July and today, September 13th- I have had my smile transformed over 4 visits. Every interaction with the team and Dr Cook has been nothing short of amazing. My teeth look fantastic, but even more importantly feel solid and healthy. If you’re thinking about regular dental care or cosmetic dentistry, this is your place. It was likely the best decision I’ve made for myself in many years. They really gave me something to smile about.
I've been going to Dr. Kelner for years and he does great dental work and has a gentle hand. The staff and atmosphere at this location is wonderful. Very pleasant imagery on the TVs and relaxing music help make the typical dentist jitters fade away.
I came in a couple weeks ago unable to open my mouth from my four impacted wisdom teeth coming in. I was able to see the doctor immediately and was scheduled for an extraction within a week. The staff was so friendly and Dr.Cook was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The office turned an undesirable situation into a pleasant experience. I absolutely recommend :)
